How to delete your data

MonetizerEngine Portal connects social media and business accounts on behalf of the business that signed up for our service. If you want the data we hold for a connected account removed, use any of the options below.

Facebook and Instagram

1. Open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find MonetizerEngine Portal in the list and choose Remove.
3. Meta notifies us automatically. We delete the connected account record, its access tokens, and the comments, direct messages and engagement data we stored for it.
4. If you request deletion through Meta, you receive a confirmation code. Enter it on this page to check the status.

Inside the Portal

If you have a Portal login, go to Social Media settings and choose Disconnect on the account. That revokes our access immediately.

By email

Email info@monetizerengine.com from the address associated with your account and tell us which account you want removed. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• The connected account record, including access tokens, usernames and profile details.
• Comments we synced, including comment text and commenter names and usernames.
• Direct message conversations and message content.
• Engagement logs, moderation records and AI-generated reply drafts.
• Performance metrics tied to the connected account.

Posts you authored inside the Portal are kept, but the platform identifiers and performance metrics attached to them are cleared. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
